The location was a bit far, but with good connections to the city center, such as a tram stop nearby and Uber available. the rooms were very clean, equipped with all necessary amenities and even had a fan for cooling. the hotel provided free parking, a quiet and calm area, and a supermarket opposite for convenience.
Sometimes it was hard to find staff and the hairdryer was not of good quality.

Our visit to Krakow with our children under 6 years old was simply perfect! The room was clean, equipped with kitchen utensils and a kettle, making it convenient for us to prepare meals for our little ones. The delicious and affordable breakfast was a hit with the kids. Although the location was slightly remote, the well-developed public transport system allowed us to easily reach the old town within minutes. We will definitely choose this place again if we return to Krakow!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel could provide a small play area for children.

The room at Akacja Pokoje Goscinne was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved having a kettle in the room, so we could enjoy a cup of tea whenever we wanted. The private bathroom was a great convenience, and the hairdryer provided was a thoughtful touch. And watching TV in bed was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring Krakow.
One thing we didn't particularly like was the limited view from our room. But hey, it's just a minor complaint and everyone has different preferences, right?

We had a fantastic stay at Akacja Guest Rooms! the double room was spacious and sparkling clean, equipped with tea making facilities, cutlery, and a mini fridge. the hotel owners and their daughter were incredibly accommodating and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. the breakfast selection was varied and delicious, and the room rates were very reasonable. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the Old Town, there are convenient transportation options nearby, making it easy to reach all the attractions in just a few minutes. We also appreciated the proximity of a large supermarket just a short walk away. Akacja Guest Rooms is the best value-for-money hotel we've stayed at in Europe. Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect! 😊.

The free WiFi was fast and reliable, and the shared kitchen was. well, let's just say, it had a unique character of its own. I'll never forget those dirty dishes.
The garden view from my room was so charming, it was almost distracting. I mean, who wants to be surrounded by beautiful greenery and flowers?

Great location, with easy access to transportation and close to the city center. Good breakfast included. the staff was friendly and accommodating, offering umbrellas and helpful information.
The room was not up to standards, with outdated and Soviet-style bathroom fixtures. the bed was uncomfortably soft, and the room did not meet expectations for the price.
